Church Bible Reading
We, as a church, are reading the New Testament one chapter per weekday. This week we are reading Luke 2-6.
Authentic Life
Authentic Legacy #2, Influence #1, and Focus #2 will be held Sunday at 9:30 am.
Prayer Meeting
Join us for our prayer meetings every Sunday evening at 6:00 pm in March. Corporate prayer is powerful and together we can accomplish great things for the Kingdom!
Relate
Attention single young adults 18-25! Relate will be hosting our second event of the month on Friday, March 19, at Emerald Lanes, 4860 Emerald Street at the Emerald and Orchard intersection in Boise. That’s right! We are going bowling! So bring a friend and be ready for a night of fun. Cost is $2.50 for shoe rentals and $4.00 per game. We will start at 7:00 pm and go until 9:00 pm. Note: Food will not be supplied so plan to eat beforehand or bring extra money to buy food at the bowling alley. If you have any questions, contact Mike Dawson.
Nursing Home Ministry
Join us Sunday, March 7, at 3:00 pm at the Good Samaritan Nursing Home, 3115 Sycamore Drive in Boise. We will visit and minister to the residents in their rooms and hold a church service in the chapel. For further details, contact Kristie McCaleb at 322-2482.
Water Baptism
We are celebrating Water baptism this weekend at all services. Pick up a CD Packet and sign-up card at the Information Center if you would like to be baptized.
Men’s Breakfast
Men, join us for our Men’s Breakfast Saturday, March 27, at 8:30 am at the church for food, fellowship, and fun!
Eggstreme Hunt
Kids of all ages are welcome to participate in our annual Eggstreme Hunt Sunday, March 28, at 12:30 pm on the back lawn! There will be prizes and a picnic for all (sign up at the Information Center to bring food items), jump houses for the kids, and thousands of eggs! A Wii will be given away Easter Sunday weekend (must be present to win). Kids — bring your baskets and enter to win! (You can help by bringing wrapped candy to fill the eggs — place in plastic bins in the foyer.)
Youth Event
Youth, join us for the Rock & Worship Roadshow with Mercy Me, the David Crowder Band, Family Force 5, Francesca Battistelli and others Friday, March 26, at 7:00 pm at the Idaho Center. Tickets are $10 at the door. For more information contact Pastor Alan.
Out of Work?
We have various jobs and projects here at the church that could use your touch. One of the best ways to see a need fulfilled is to meet a need by sowing some good seed. Are you out of work? Call the church office and let us know if you’d be interested in sowing some good “get a great job” seed into Life Church. Give us your name and phone number and you will be contacted by Pastor Alan to set up a time to come in and work on a project or two at the church.
